Course Summary

This course will build on your existing knowledge and help you to acquire welding skills at an advanced level.

Course Details

You will study the theory and practice of welding in one of the following:-

Metal Inert Gas Welding (MIG)

Tungsten Inert Gas Welding (TIG)

Manual Metal Arc Welding (ARC)


How will it be delivered and assessed?

Mondays and Tuesdays 6pm – 9pm

By practical assignments and a multiple choice examination.

Entry requirements

City & Guilds 3268 Level 2 or substantial previous welding experience at a Level 2 standard.
