How will it be delivered and assessed?
The qualification is completed and achieved through practical, coursework and on-line exams. Practical assessment is continual throughout the year, you would practice on head blocks first then need to bring in clients to be assessed. Each assessment that is passed is logged into a portfolio of evidence and once all assessments and theory tests are passed, logged into portfolio and signed by both assessor and candidate then the qualification is achieved.
Entry requirements
- You should hold a Level 1 Hairdressing and Barbering qualification
- Alternatively, you should have a grade 4 or above in English and grade 2 or above in Maths.
