St John Fisher Catholic Voluntary Academy

St John Fisher Catholic Sixth Form strives to provide an inclusive, post 16 education which is stimulating and challenging. Great emphasis is placed upon the fact that it is also part of an Academy, the Catholic Diocese of Leeds and the local community.

Our pastoral support is second to none, along with this we have a on site Catholic Care counsellor that students can be referred to  if needed. 

School buses run from most local areas directly to the Sixth Form.

Students are encouraged to involve themselves in the enrichment programme available. This ranges from university taster courses and work experience, to prefect duties and assisting in the Library. It is also hoped that some students might join the Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes.
