Level 2 Hair & Media Makeup provides ideal foundation learning in makeup artistry. The industry recognised qualification allows learners to develop skills in media makeup with the addition of basic hair styling.

The units of study include:

• The art of applying makeup
• Photographic makeup
• Create an imaged based on a theme
• The art of dressing hair
• Brow shaping & tinting
• Client care & communication
• Health and safety

• Assignments

• Practical Assessments

Study Programme

Our 2 year study programme is a great way of ensuring positive progression towards your career goal. This includes either:

1. Level 2 Beauty Therapy

2. Level 2 Hair and Media Makeup

3. Level 2 Nail Services

4. Level 2 Hairdressing

Attendance is 2 days per week towards the main aim, plus additional days if Maths and English are required (if achieved less than 4 in either).

A work placement is also required to gain valuable experience to support your learning.

There are no entry requirements, other than a genuine interest and ambition to progress into a career within the chosen industry.
