Design, Surveying and Planning Level 3 T Level Full-time (FCON)

This T Level offers technical knowledge and practical skills in health and safety, science, measurement, and building technology. Lessons include digital technology, construction math, design, sustainability and project management. Additionally, it builds transferable skills like problem-solving, communication, creativity, and teamwork. A hands-on industry placement provides real-world experience in your chosen field.

This T Level offers technical knowledge and practical skills in health and safety, science, measurement, and building technology. There will be assessment windows throughout your study programme where your knowledge, understanding and practical skills will be assessed under exam conditions. You will achieve either a Pass, Merit or Distinction grade. In addition, you must complete an industry placement, lasting a minimum of 315 hours.

You will need to hold five GCSEs at grade 4 or above including GCSE English and Maths plus pre-admission assessments.

Successful completion of the course allows students the opportunity to progress to highly skilled employment, an apprenticeship or higher level study, including university, within the specialist area of design and surveying.
